Meet the Creative Vessel & Steward of WOG
April Snell is a Wife, Mother, Author, Minister, Missionary, Intercessor and Servant of Christ. She has a burning fire to minister the Gospel to the unreached. April experienced her first evangelical experience in 2018, when she obeyed the voice of the Lord and travelled solo to serve on the mission field in Cape Coast, Ghana. An experience that pulled comfort, convenience and at times "safety" from under her, but one that sparked a fire in her heart to evangelize to the unreached that now burns even brighter.
In the summer of 2019 April fully surrendered to the Lord, birthing a women’s ministry, Women of Grace, Faith & Courage (WOG), a Christ-Centered women’s ministry for women that have a shared desire to relentlessly pursue Christ and grow in the word of God.
Second to being a wife to an anointed, God-ordained, partner in the Kingdom, wonderful man of God and mother to an amazing daughter, teaching and loving on the youth and teens and ministering the Gospel to the unreached bring April the greatest joy. She is also committed to challenging her fellow millennial brothers and sisters to live a life of wholehearted devotion to the Lord - unapologetically SOLD OUT.
April carries a passion to release the heart of the Father through spontaneous worship, prophetic intercession and Spirit filled preaching. She longs to lead others into greater intimacy with the Father, creating atmospheres of worship and exaltation unto the King wherever the Lord sends her.
April and her husband serve on the Leadership Team at their church home, The Neighborhood Church under the tutelage of their Pastor & Apostolic Father, Bishop Quincy Watkins. In her free time, she enjoys reading, writing, travelling, restaurant & bakery “hopping” with her teenage daughter, and spending quality time with her husband, daughter and their Labrador-retriever mix, Louie.
